1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

    • Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

    • Exchange Orders (for size issues): Customers must pay both-way delivery charges.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the customer:

    • The order will be marked as “Undelivered” and returned to us.

    • We can re-ship the order once we receive it back — however, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open parcel, please do NOT accept it from the delivery agent.

Instead:

    • Take a photo/video of the parcel

    • Inform us immediately via WhatsApp or email

    • Refuse to accept the package if it appears tampered
