At Kurtiva, a brand of Aarhan Textile, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making any exchange or return requests.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange in cases of size issues only, under the following terms:

  • Exchange must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The customer must contact us via:

  • Both-way courier charges (to us and back to the customer) must be paid by the customer.

  • The product must be:

    • Unwashed

    • Unused

    • In original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm:

  • The item is in acceptable condition.

  • The exchange conditions are met.

If approved, the exchange will be processed promptly.

Please note: Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a defective product, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

To qualify for a return:

  • A parcel unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via:

  • Include:

    • Your name

    • Invoice/order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos & unboxing video

Product Return Conditions

The returned product must be:

  • Unwashed and unused

  • In its original packaging

Once we receive the returned item, our team will:

  • Inspect the product to verify it is not used or washed

  • Validate the return reason against our policy

If approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Disclaimers

  • Color Variation: Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting or screen resolution on different phones and devices. Color mismatch due to screen display differences is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

  • Fabric Issues: We do not accept returns for perceived fabric problems. Fabric type and product details are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please read carefully before ordering.

  • Returns or exchanges without an unboxing video will be rejected.

  • Any request made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to deny exchange or return if the product fails to meet the required conditions.
